Funding Scheme: General Research Fund

  • To examine whether couple’s collaborations facilitate the mastery of daily stressors in terms of buffering the temporal relationship between daily stressors and psychophysiological responses.

  • To examine the extent to which the buffering role of spousal collaboration in the mastery of daily stressors vary as a function of perceived control of self and spouse during collaboration.

  • To investigate whether the buffering effects of spousal collaboration in the mastery of daily stressors accumulate over time to predict long-term individual well-being and marital satisfaction.
